The businesses we work with produce in small batches, so what goes in shifts a little from season to season. If something runs out, it is replaced by something from the same city.
'Haralem' is the oldest known spelling of the city's name: that is how Haarlem appears around 918-948 in a property list of St Martin's church in Utrecht, which owned three farms here. From 'Haralem' to today's Haarlem. Our most-ordered box carries that name on purpose: the full story of the city in one hamper, from beer to biscuits.
