We recommend ordering 6 to 8 weeks before Christmas. That gives us and our makers time to put the hampers together and deliver them. Left it late? Do get in touch, as we can often still help.

That depends on how many employees and clients you'd like to give a hamper. We usually suggest ordering a few extra, so new colleagues and clients receive one too.

Yes. To swap a product, leave out the alcohol or add something extra, mention it with your order or get in touch first. We can also combine existing boxes, or add your own card or product.

Yes. You can add your own card or product; companies regularly include a gift voucher, for example. Your logo can go on the closing sticker that seals the box. A card with your own message and a logo on the closing sticker are available from 30 boxes at €1.50 each per box excl. VAT, and free from 200 boxes per order with the same card or sticker. You can personalise when ordering online, or by getting in touch.

The minimum order is 15 Christmas hampers.

Yes, we offer delivery straight to your colleagues' home addresses. Handy when colleagues work remotely and aren't at the office to collect their box. Please note this option involves additional shipping costs.

Order in good time and let us know your preferred delivery date. We'll make sure your hampers arrive when you need them.

You can pay online directly with iDEAL/Wero, debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or choose payment by invoice with a 14-day term. Everything is on one invoice, which keeps your administration simple.

Many of our boxes contain locally brewed beer or another speciality from Haarlem. Prefer (partly) alcohol-free or vegetarian, or is there an allergy to consider? We'll replace products with a local alternative, such as alcohol-free craft beer, coffee or chocolate from Haarlem. Mention it with your order or get in touch.

Christmas hampers fall under the Dutch work-related costs scheme (WKR): within the free margin (in 2026: 2.16% of the first €400,000 of your fiscal wage bill) you can give them to employees tax-free. For VAT deduction a threshold of €227 excluding VAT per recipient per year applies. Our tax and VAT page explains it with a worked example.

Not as standard — we work with fresh delicacies and don't have a physical shop. But we may be able to arrange something, certainly for larger orders: get in touch and we'll look at the options together.

Our boxes are packed at sheltered workshops in the region, providing work for people who find it harder to get a job. Anything left over after the season goes to the local food bank.
