When is the best time to order our Christmas hampers from Haarlem?+
We recommend ordering your Christmas hampers at least 6 to 8 weeks before Christmas. That gives us and our partners enough time to compose and deliver the boxes. The earlier, the better — but running late? Do get in touch: last minute we can often still arrange something special.
How many Christmas hampers should we order?+
That depends on how many employees and business relations you'd like to give a personal Christmas hamper. We usually recommend estimating slightly high, so new colleagues and relations receive a lovely local hamper too.
Can I compose my own hamper or change something?+
Absolutely. Want to swap a product, leave out the alcohol or add something extra? No problem. Mention it with your order or get in touch first — we can also mix and match the existing compositions, or add your own card or product.
Can the hampers be personalised?+
They certainly can! You can add your own card or product — companies regularly include a gift voucher. Your company logo on the box is possible too. Personalising can be done in the online ordering process or by contacting us.
What is the minimum order?+
As a rule, the minimum order is 15 Christmas hampers.
Do we get a discount on larger quantities?+
For larger quantities we're happy to think along about a sharp price. Request a quote or contact us and tell us how many hampers you need — we'll come back with a tailored proposal within one business day.
Can the hampers be delivered to my colleagues' homes?+
Yes, we offer delivery straight to your colleagues' home addresses. Handy when colleagues work remotely and aren't at the office to collect their box. Please note this option involves additional shipping costs.
How do I make sure my hampers arrive on time?+
Order in good time and let us know your preferred delivery date! We'll make sure your Christmas hampers arrive on schedule.
How can I pay?+
You can pay online directly with iDEAL or credit card, or choose payment by invoice with a 14-day term. Everything arrives on one clear invoice — easy for your administration.
Is there alcohol in the hampers? Can we go without?+
Many of our boxes contain locally brewed beer or another speciality from Haarlem. Prefer (partly) alcohol-free, vegetarian, or need to account for an allergy? No problem — we'll gladly replace products with a local alternative, such as alcohol-free craft beer, coffee or chocolate from Haarlem. Mention it with your order or get in touch.
Can I see a sample hamper before ordering?+
Not as standard — we work with fresh delicacies and don't have a physical shop. But we may be able to arrange something, certainly for larger orders: get in touch and we'll look at the options together.
