When is the best time to order our corporate gifts from Haarlem?+
You can order corporate gifts from us all year round. Allow 2 to 5 weeks of lead time, so we and our partners have enough time to compose the gifts. Need something faster? Get in touch — we can often arrange it.
Which occasions are the gifts suitable for?+
Any moment you want to thank or surprise someone: welcoming new colleagues, an anniversary, a successful project, a trade fair or conference, or simply out of the blue. We're happy to think along about a composition that fits the occasion.
Can I compose my own gift or change something?+
Absolutely. Want to swap a product, leave out the alcohol or add something extra? No problem. Mention it with your order or get in touch first — we'll gladly mix the existing compositions or add your own card or product.
Can the gifts be personalised?+
They certainly can! Adding your own card, an extra product or a gift voucher is possible. Your company logo on the box works too. Personalisation is easily requested via the contact form.
What is the minimum order?+
As a rule, the minimum order is 30 corporate gifts. For Christmas hampers the minimum is 15.
Do we get a discount on larger quantities?+
For larger quantities we're happy to think along about a sharp price. Request a quote or contact us and tell us how many gifts you need — we'll come back with a tailored proposal within one business day.
Can the gifts be shipped to multiple addresses?+
Yes, we can ship your corporate gifts to multiple addresses — for instance straight to the home addresses of colleagues or clients. Please allow for additional shipping costs per address.
How can I pay?+
You can pay online directly with iDEAL or credit card, or choose payment by invoice with a 14-day term. Everything arrives on one clear invoice — easy for your administration.
Is there alcohol in the gifts? Can we go without?+
Many of our boxes contain locally brewed beer or another speciality from Haarlem. Prefer (partly) alcohol-free, vegetarian, or need to account for an allergy? No problem — we'll gladly replace products with a local alternative. Mention it with your order or get in touch.
Can I see a sample gift before ordering?+
Not as standard — we work with fresh delicacies and don't have a physical shop. But we may be able to arrange something, certainly for larger orders: get in touch and we'll look at the options together.
Who packs the gifts?+
Our gifts are packed with pride by local sheltered workshops. That way we contribute to local employment for people who find it just a little harder to land a job. And everything left over goes to the local food bank — so your gift gives twice.
